Refund of Immigration Bond

Step 1: Collect the original bond receipt, which was completed on Form I-305 and a copy of the bond contract, which was completed on Form I-352.

Step 2: ICE will notify the Debt Management Center (DMC) of the immigration bond’s cancellation.

Step 3: DMC will issue a Notice of Immigration Bond Cancellation on Form I-391 to Obligor.

Step 4: Mail Form I-391, Form I-305, and Form I-352 to the following address:
